I am a Software Architect at XP Inc., working on SOMA, the company's Design System. I contribute to architecture decisions, define standards, document decisions in RFCs and ADRs, and work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of its components. I also support the teams that use the system by helping with adoption, answering questions, and providing technical guidance.
At SOMA, I contributed to implementing accessibility across more than 250 components and created a widget testing standard that helped reduce support requests by 40% per sprint. I also planned and implemented a charting library for the Design System, creating a reusable foundation for consistent, evolvable visualizations.
I conceived, planned, and developed Morphix, a tool that compares component versions in each pull request and exposes Flutter semantics nodes. It helps engineering, design, and product identify visual and accessibility issues before merge, with estimated annual licensing savings of US$6,240. I also planned the animation architecture used across more than 650 points in the application.
My experience combines mobile architecture, product development, and technical leadership. At Krykto, I led a team of three developers. At nav9, I worked as Feature Lead on the Caju app. At Fiibo, I worked with offline-first solutions, white-label apps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and performance.
